Mon 05.50 to 07.50. Highlight: OTTER grebe pool. Took walk around “Meadows” at least 4 singing Willow warblers, 1 Garden Warbler, 2 Blackcaps. Other birds around the site: Cetti’s Warbler. 4 LRP, 21 Sand Martin. Cuckoo calling.

M+F Linnet, Song Thrush nest being raided by a crow. ST parents chased off but was too late, crow took at least 2 :-( 3 Nuthatch, all the is usual warblers (lots of Blackcaps this year) including a great sighting of the Cettis by the golf course
