3 Black Godwits & my 1st Swallow of the year were a bonus to the amazing Dawn Chorus around New Hare Covert 1st light this morning. Dominated by Wren Blackbird & Robin but a single Blackcap together with Song Thrush made for a rapturous sound & the majority of Warblers haven't arrived yet! Further round the patch I heard a min of 4 Cettis Warbler (briefly seeing one) several Chiffchaff & of course Blue & Great tits everywhere.
