Birds of note - Little Grebe, 2+ GC Grebes, 4 LRP's, Ringed Plover, Green Sandpiper, 4 Redshank, 3 Common Snipe, 4 Oystercathers, 2 Dunlin, Shelduck, 3 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 3+ Buzzard, Kestrel, 4+ Jay, 4+ GS & 2 Green Woodpeckers, 4 Nuthatch, 20+ Sand Martins, 1 House Martin,3+ Swallow, Cettis's Warbler seen and heard around the reserve, also good numbers of Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler and Blackcap
