|Robin, coot (with young), moorhen (with young), canada goose, mallard (several young birds of varying ages seen), mute swan (including 4 cygnets), common tern, cormorant, magpie, blackbird, black headed gull, lapwing, oyster catcher, redshank, grey heron, greylag goose, tufted duck (with young), sand martin. Emperor and black-tailed skimmer dragonflies. Good numbers of butterflies - green veined white, meadow brown, gatekeeper, small white, large white, ringlet, red admiral, comma, speckled wood and small tortoiseshell. Cinnabar moth caterpillars on oxford ragwort and adult six spot burnet moth.|

Plus the usual sightings as reported over the past few days, but the Black-tailed Godwits appear to have gone, as one only was seen this morning, and that was seen to leave mid morning.
