Late report from Saturday - Goldeneye, Goosander, Water Rail, Common Snipe, Lapwing & Herring, Common, Lesser Black backed, Greater Black backed and black headed gulls. Definite signs of spring with several blue tits examining one of the nest boxes and about 7 drake teal circling and displaying to a ♀.

Otter Baldwin Hide (07.30hrs), 4 x Goosansder,( 3 x drake), 2 x Goldeneye,( pair), East Marsh Hide, 3 x Shelduck, 2 x Water Rail, 15 Cormorant, 9 x LBB, 7 x Common, 4 x Herring Gulls, Peregrine, (with JW), Muntjac (fem),Ted Jury Hide, 4 x Buzzard, Sparrowhawk, Kestrel, Red Kite ,(distant),Carlton Hide,( With AB Bittern ( newlands (12,05pm,)Wigeon (fem).

Horsetail Glade, Nuthatch, Steetley Hide, Green Woodpecker, Water Rail, Baldwin Hide, Goosansder( drake), Herring Gull, River Pool Hide, mixed flock Siskin, Redpol, Goldfinch, Teal Pool Hide, 2 x Great Spotted Woodpecker, East Marsh Hide, 2 x Shelduck, Common Snipe, 3 x LBB, 6 x Common Gulls, Buzzard, Carlton Hide, 6 x Bulfinch( 2 x Fem), Ted Jury Hide, Kestrel, Green & GS Woodpecker,Track alongside Grebe Pool, 3 x Goldcrest, Treecreeper, many Cormorant over decending on river.
